Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 is an upcoming Prestige Group residential project in Begur, near Akshayanagar, South Bangalore. Prestige’s investor presentation lists Phase II with 1.67 million sq ft of planned developable area and an estimated project sales value of ₹1,426.1 crore. These are estimates for the whole phase, not apartment sizes or prices.
Phase II is at the planning stage as of October 2026. Prestige has not released a Phase II apartment price list, final floor plans, tower count or possession date. The Southern Star homes launched in March 2025 belong to an earlier registered phase with its own apartment count and schedule.

Prestige describes Phase II as a mid-segment residential project in its upcoming pipeline. The planned area may change as the design and approvals move forward.
Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 Location
Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 is planned in the Begur–Akshayanagar area of South Bengaluru. Begur Road serves the locality, with routes towards Hosur Road and Bannerghatta Road.
The new phase needs its own confirmed entrance and land boundary before a distance can be given from its gate to a metro station, school or workplace. Akshayanagar describes the area; it is not an exact entrance address for Phase II.
Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 Master Plan
Prestige has set out the planned development scale of Phase II at 1.67 million sq ft. This figure covers planned built development. It does not state how many acres the phase occupies or how many towers it will have.
The Phase II tower positions, parking areas, roads and open spaces will be set out in its own approved layout. The 14 towers and 2,130 apartments associated with the registered Southern Star development are not Phase II master-plan figures.

Final Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 floor plans have not been released. There is no confirmed Phase II list of saleable areas, RERA carpet areas or room sizes to compare across home types.

Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 apartment prices have not been announced. Prestige’s ₹1,426.1 crore figure is an estimate of sales from the entire planned phase. It cannot be used as the starting price of a flat or divided by the planned developable area to produce an apartment rate.
A Phase II price list will need to identify each apartment type and size. The cost of a selected home will also depend on its floor, position and the charges listed in its cost sheet.

Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 RERA Status
A separate Karnataka RERA number for Prestige Southern Star Phase 2 has not been announced. The number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/210325/007603 applies to the Southern Star residential development registered in March 2025. Its 2,130 apartments and September 2029 proposed completion date belong to that registration.
Phase II will need its own project details and registered schedule. Until those are published, the earlier registration number and completion date cannot describe the new phase.
