Prestige Group has entered a joint venture with Thomson Realtors to start the Forum Mall in Kochi under the name "Prestige Forum Thomsun.” Irfan Razack is the owner of Prestige Forum Thomsun.
The mall is over a big area of 10 acres of land. The mall has a built-up area of 10,60,000 sq ft. The total retail space is 6,47,000 sq ft. There are 180 stores and services in the mall. There are 5 floors in the mall.
